We will happily accept returns for most new and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In some cases, partial refunds can be granted if the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- intimate or sanitary goods,
- hazardous materials,
- or flammable liquids or gases,
- some health and personal care items,
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns
To begin your return, please email us at hello@allgoods-store.com. Please do not send a return without contacting us.
Please provide:
- receipt or proof of purchase,
- your original order number,
- your name (and/or the name the item was ordered under),
- and the product/products you are returning.
Shipping
Returns within the United States will be covered by us. To return your product, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email. Thereafter, you will be responsible for packaging and bringing the package to the shipper.
International returns must be paid in full by the customer. You will have the option of creating a label with your choice of carrier or you may request a prepaid shipping label from us. The shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This timeline includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged Returns
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
